To advance children’s learning in the digital age, we must provide children with varied opportunities to explore and apply science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) in settings like science centers, workplaces, or libraries. That’s why the Families Learning Across Boundaries (FamLAB) Project aims to mobilize a community of caregivers, educators, technology developers, and investors dedicated to building stronger connections between children’s various learning environments. Wiring Up: Strategies for Talking about Connecting STEM Learning Environments includes framing guidance and sample communications to help advocates talk about connected learning more effectively.
