Rigorous new research and an applied communications playbook, created in partnership with Enterprise Community Partners, offer provocative recommendations for reframing affordable housing. Recommendations include strategies for talking about racial equity, economic inequality, and how to “zoom out” to include the broader benefits of housing when making the case for policy changes.
