Clara Blustein Lindholm brings over a decade of experience helping advocates and organizations build public demand for structural change through strategic framing. She plays a leadership role in the FrameWorks Culture Change Project, an ongoing investigation into America’s shifting cultural terrain designed to empower advocates, organizers, and thought leaders with tools to refine their strategies, develop compelling narratives, and track progress in shaping culture. She is the author of the On Culture blog and newsletter, where she shares real-time updates on emerging research and insights from the Culture Change Project, and co-hosts FrameWorks’ ongoing briefing series Culture, Mindsets, and Democracy: Navigating a Changing Landscape.
Clara was previously a Principal Strategist at FrameWorks, specializing in helping advocates and organizations communicate about the criminal legal system, juvenile justice, and behavioral health. She graduated from the University of Chicago with a BA in East Asian languages and civilizations, focusing on comparative legal histories of China and the United States.
