Gabriela “Gabby” Rodriguez joined Frameworks Institute as a Senior Manager of Operations in December of 2022. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nonprofit Management with a minor in Legal Studies. She has an extensive background as a paralegal in civil and criminal litigation in the Orlando Metro area where she also interned as an Environmental Justice writer. Prior to joining Frameworks, she worked for the Global Development Department at Oceana wherein she identified and troubleshooted flawed processes and successfully implemented initiatives that resulted in more efficient, highly collaborative teams. At Frameworks, Gabby brings her systems processes expertise to serve as a link between our RIA, Comms, and Engagement teams.
