This Message Brief summarises FrameWorks’ recommendations on how to communicate more effectively with the Kenyan public and decision-makers about early childhood development and learning. Empirically tested reframing strategies can advance public understanding of how young children develop and grow and how policy-based solutions can improve children’s outcomes across Kenya.
