Child mental health is a major topic of discussion in Tennessee nowadays. The formation of the Council on Children’s Mental Health as part of SAHMSA’s (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration) System of Care offered us an opportunity to make needed improvements to the way we collaborate at the state, local and individual levels in serving our children.
