Over the course of a rigorous three-year research process, working in close collaboration with Purpose Built Communities, FrameWorks identified key problematic patterns in public thinking and associated communications challenges, designed and empirically tested a range of communications tools for addressing them, and then developed a cohesive framing strategy for driving a new, more productive narrative. The results are presented in the form of clear guidance and shared language that place-based community builders around the country can use to communicate effectively about the essential work they do.
